Four Programmes, One Mission: Inclusive Excellence

We've organized four comprehensive programmes with Deloitte, featuring two programmes with external mentors in Oslo, one in Bergen, and our latest program utilizing internal mentors in Oslo.

The programmes have been designed to create meaningful dialogue between senior professionals and young talent from diverse backgrounds, fostering understanding and driving systemic change.

Each programme brought unique insights and perspectives, creating a ripple effect of inclusion awareness throughout the organization.

The success of these initiatives has led to concrete policy changes and a more inclusive culture that extends beyond the programme duration.

Jeg ser på meg selv som en relativt åpen person før dette mentorprogrammet. Likevel tror jeg at jeg kommer til å tenke mye mer på mangfold og inkludering i alt jeg gjør etter å ha deltatt på reverse mentoring programmet. Både i jobbsammenheng, når jeg f.eks. skal lede prosjekter eller drive rekrutteringsarbeid, og i privatlivet når det kommer til f.eks. nye foreldre i barnehage og skole som er annerledes enn meg selv. Jeg ser også at jeg har litt å gå på i forhold til å øke min kulturelle kompetanse, ved å oppsøke arenaer jeg kanskje vanligvis ikke ville oppsøkt for å både lære og erfare noe nytt.
